Steamed Mussels

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup olive oil
1/4 Cup diced onions
1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
2 strips of sliced bacon
1 plum tomato diced
1/2 Cup white wine
1 Cup chicken stock
1/4 Cup fresh basil
pinch of parsley
salt and pepper
2 Tablespoons butter
Dozen precooked mussels
