Another Rotelli-style Italian restaurant managed by a young staff and cute waitresses. With close proximity to Delray’s most popular movie theater, 4 Brothers Italian Restaurant has location, however they are missing flavor. We ordered a cheese pizza with 2 salads. Cost $32 is a bit high for iceberg lettuce and a no flavor pizza. They’ll replace iceberg lettuce with romaine lettuce, but you have to ask for it. Salad dressings are watered down. And pizza is basically horrible. At least they have enough cheese, but there is absolutely no flavor. It should be featured as “spice-less.” Even adding red pepper, parmesan and garlic powder doesn’t help. Their largest size pizza is considerably smaller than the standard large size. Lot of seniors eat here, and they all seemed to have heavily discounted coupons. Perhaps with at least a 50% off coupon, the price would offset the flavor.
