1. Remove chili pepper seeds and stem. Cut or break into pieces. Combine with broth and water and bring to boil.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of each oregano and parsley flakes to boiling base. 3. Add pasta. Continue to boil for 4 to 5 minutes. 4. Add egg and stir rapidly making sure to break up the egg. Reduce heat, simmer for 2 minutes, remove and serve. Quite tasty considering it is a low fiber diet.
